What this is, plainly
This is free awareness education, not certification. Finishing a module does not make anyone "HIPAA certified" or make a practice compliant. No such certificate exists.
The record you print is self-reported: the person types their own name, and nothing here verifies who they are. It shows that the training was taken.

The free version above is awareness education with a self-reported record, which is exactly right for a quick refresher or a staff member brushing up. It is not a verified training record, because anyone can type any name.
Practices that need verified, per-person completion records tied to a real identity are a different thing, and that belongs inside a managed relationship with the right paperwork in place.
